bash st. kids sleepover
Jake and the rest of the bash st. kids joined the stopover on the weekend. Not sure if it could be called a sleepover if you define a sleepover as a definite time for sleep. Some pictures of the weekend will follow.

Congratulations to Jack for passing his final year electrician's exams.
lil's portrait
This is lil's second attempt at a portrait of me. When Lil heard her brother Jake talking about a portrait of Richard Brown's head she decided that the conventional approach to head portraits ( dave white by lil ) was a phase she had already completed, and she wanted a more `hands on' approach.
As you can see, I agreed to sit for her. And, without wishing to over-interpret her work, she says she likes making babies and the result is a mother dragon (dark blue legs) and her baby (green legs). There is a slightly simpler part of the picture on the other side of the spherical canvas but that will appear in a later exhibition of her work.

Checked out the marquee for camp this weekend. Too wet to put it up but gave the canvas the once over.
